Thanks to Gheran Steel during his Welcome to Country at the 2021 Moral Fairground Ethical Enterprise Awards Dinner, I learnt the meaning of this word, Wominjeka (Woiwurrung language), translates into English to Come with Purpose.
This piqued my interest.
I ask you … when you go places …
whether in your local area or travelling afar…
or even virtually
how do you come/go with purpose?
How do you make space to connect to the
- land/country
-community/people
- all flora and fauna?
Do you move around with intention?
Do you use all your senses?
Hi, and thank you for taking the time to drop by.

We are all stewards and have the agency to make a difference, whether small or giant steps.
Each step is important.
We can have fun owning this role as stewards making choices at work and at play that benefit ourselves and future generations - intergenerational responsibility is an honour that encourages us to front up and draw on our whole body - our gut, heart and mind.
All species on this planet are relying on us stepping up.
What better examples are there for us to follow than Earth, nature and the indigenous peoples here in Australia and around the world?
During the Wayapa Practitioner training course, Jamie Thomas reminded us that we are all indigenous to the planet. We are a part of nature, not separate, not above or below.
Here is a little about me, the curator, facilitator and founder. My name is Diana Barnett, and I am a Perennial inspired and motivated by the regenerative ethos and movement, particularly in using business as a force for good, and travel and tourism.
I am continuously expanding my horizons and knowledge. I don't accept the response "it can't be done", and I warm to the attitude "Yes, And"!
My quals. I am a Transformational Travel Council Ally, licenced Wayapa Wuurrk Practitioner, Natural Mindfulness Guide, Zenergy Facilitator, and CSL Fellow. My other qualifications include MEI, Grad Dip MKT, and a BAComms.
